mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. 
Wonder who came up with that saying? Pie isn't hard to make, but, I also would not call it easy. The perfect crust can make a pie a thing of beauty, and deliciousness.
I always take things too far and eat way to much of an apple pie...the key for me is making one and sharing it with friends. This was for a friend, for a birthday. A birthday pie! My favorite. :)
