About Me

I'm a mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. More about me.

Prayer for a Friend and her Tiny Baby

Jul 28, 2011

Okay friends, it's time for us to get on our knees and pray for a special little guy.  Just a little over a week ago, a friend gave birth way too soon.

She was happily expecting twins after the loss of twins just a little over a year ago, who were born at 22 weeks, for reasons that could not be explained.  This time, she was thrilled to make it beyond that 22 week mark, only to be devastated with an early delivery just 2 weeks later.

Her two precious boys were born at 24 weeks, which as you all are learning is way too soon.  Sadly, little Micha's heart was too weak, and he passed away a few days ago, leaving his mom and dad grieving and fighting for the life of Micha's sweet brother, Asaf.

Little Asaf is in the fight for his life.  His kidneys are not functioning properly.  He needs our prayers, his parents need our prayers.

My heart is so heavy for this wonderful woman, who longs to bring her baby home.  Please pray for her and sweet Asaf.  If his kidneys don't start to work, there will be nothing the doctors can do to help him.  It's all in the Giver of Life's hands.

Thank you friends.

Precious Asaf, holding his mothers finger.
