mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. 
3 weeks ago, Marlo weighed 3lbs 10oz, and was getting 34cc's of milk every 3 hours.
As of yesterday, Marlo weighed 4lbs 15oz, and her milk intake was raised to 48cc's every 3 hours.
Unfortunately she hasn't yet mastered eating all of her bottles, and they keep raising the amount she has to take as she gains more weight. It's a double edged sword. The most I was able to get her to "nipple" yesterday was 44cc's, which was just one cc shy of the 45 she was getting the day before.
It's a slow process. And after all the work to eat yesterday she burned all the calories she received and didn't gain a single gram. I hope they don't add more HMF to her milk because of it. That stuff is nasty.
Getting there, slowly but surely.
