About Me

I'm a mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. More about me.

Little Wonders

Jan 14, 2011

Baby B
Baby A

They loaded in the wrong order, but there are our 2 little miracle babies.  They are movers and shakers, and have their Mommy and Daddy wrapped around their little fingers already.  These are 3D images, something we didn't expect to see today.  So much fun, and a great surprise.  I think I like my new Dr. and he took time to explain things and gave us opportunity to ask questions.  The hospital has a level 3 NICU, something we have come to value tremendously.  So, we will receive good care, and so will the twins.

We do ask that you be in prayer for us as we walk this path.  There is a bleed, of a rather good size that has me on very restricted activity until it heals.  It doesn't appear to be growing, but it could cause more problems than it already has.  So far the signs are good, that both of these little ones are growing properly, and are even a little ahead of schedule in size, which is fantastic news.  As with any pregnancy with more than one baby there are risks, and this is just one of them.  We don't anticipate this becoming a bigger issue, but, we do ask that you pray with us as we put it in God's capable hands.  Complete healing, and an uneventful pregnancy are not too much to ask...so we ask away.

I must also say this...I am in awe of how much these little guys change from day to day and week to week.  Our Creator of life is so amazing.  What a beautiful gift.  :)
