About Me

I'm a mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. More about me.

Yummo!

Mar 31, 2010

After my 36 week appointment today I made a little trip to Cost.co to pick up some of the staples we needed.  Along the way I found something rather tempting.  Leave it to this great big warehouse to have something delicious to taunt me with.

So I caved, I had to have it!  Fancy caramel apples.  Cheesecake, Apple Pie, and Pecan Chocolate.   We all shared these delicious little morsels of goodness, and I have to say that the Apple Pie flavor is by far the best!

My appointment went well, baby sounds great and I am still gaining weight right on schedule.  More dilating and such is going on, and baby is super low.  All in all, Dr. says I am doing well and to hang in there as long as I can.  Little one is well into position, and making things happen faster than they should be, but like I said before, babies come on their own schedules.  So until then, I will continue to have bouts of mega contractions, (thanks to baby's head) and will feel off and on that I need to take little breaks to get a breather.

Enjoying these last 3 weeks of the pregnancy are on the top of my to do list, and I intend on making most of them.  :)
