Busy, busy, busy!
Well sort of! I am trying to keep myself busy, it helps make lonely days seem to go faster. I am beginning the stage of anstyness, gotta start to get things done. Today I knocked a few things off the list.
Baby room is completely organized: check
Hair cut for the dog: check
Picked up a nursing bra: check.... oh wait bought the WRONG size! Back to the store I go.
Got a trash can for dirty diapers: check
Went through Miss E's clothes and filled a box with give away stuff: check
Laundry and Dinner: check
Not bad for one day, especially since I am so very tired all the time.
Yesterday, I found a home for the little dog my daughter brought home. I couldn't believe when she walked in with those big eyes and said, "Mom, she doesn't have a home, and there is no collar on her, can we keep her?" Um, nope! Thank the Lord we found her a home! She was with us for 5 days!
Next big things to do:
My hair is a disaster and I haven't had it done since July! It's a mess, and the gray is rearing it's ugly head. I have to get it looking decent before the baby comes so it's not something that makes me feel bad when I am battling the squishy tummy after baby comes. I don't know where to go to get it done. My sister-in-law did it last time and I would love for her to do it again! Not going to happen though since she is in another country, and I can't wait until our family vacation in July again. Once a year will not cut it!
When I get another burst of energy I will tackle those baseboards, and do some touch up paint. These things are beginning to make me insane!
I've got my mom coming at the end of the week, for my baby shower this weekend. Tomorrow we are taking a look at the placental placement. Thursday Orthodontist appointments. Then we will welcome Daddy home from lands of hot desert sands. Good stuff!
59 days to go!

mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly.
