mommy blogger. As a mother that has suffered the loss of multiple children while becoming a mother of the bride to our oldest, raising 2 young adults, an 8 year old preemie and a 6 year old tornado, I have a lot to share. I can't guarantee you will agree with everything I say, but I think you may just enjoy it. This is our life, the good, bad and ugly. 
I just injected the turkey full of Cajun goodness. I feel like I just did this sooner than an entire year ago, yet here we are again. Great thing about Thanksgiving in recent years is the hubby gets to help by frying our turkey. I appreciate the help, and the oven being freed up to do what I've got to do. :) Fried turkeys are much tastier than their baked counterparts...YUMMO!
We have begun birthday central around here, yesterday with the hubster, and next up is me, then Alli, then Christmas, a month break and February through June we celebrate another birthday each month.
It's just the beginning of our little piece of crazy.
In other news, we have a huge project going on for our non-profit. Our first fundraising dinner is set for December 2nd. I am both nervous and excited to see how well it goes. More about this later.
Now, I must bake pies!
