Never have I Ever

Well this week tops it all for me.  There are 2 things in my life I have never had to do, and haven't wanted to do, and within one week it all changed.

First came notice that my presence is requested for jury duty.

There are many things in my life going on right now that make this super frustrating... add to that the horrible things we have endured this year, some of which I haven't even touched on here in the blog.   Isn't it enough that I have enough trouble in my life to not have to deal with others issues.  Apparently not.  Ugh.  Jake would have been more than happy to jump on that bandwagon, he thrives on that sort of thing.  I wish he could take my place, and so does he.  :)

So the second one really came as a surprise.  I've been subpoenaed, to a case in, of all places... Idaho.

Well, so much for not having to be involved in others issues.  This should be interesting. 

Once again, Jake was wishing he were the one who would have given the statement that led to this, and so do I.  Haha.

So much for that, indeed.
